I spent four years working on Hootsuite’s Marketing UX team, helping evolve and scale the company’s web and marketing ecosystem during a period of significant brand and product growth. A major focus of the work was a complete brand and website refresh, including the redesign and rollout of the full system of templated marketing pages across the site. This ensured consistency, scalability, and quality across hundreds of touchpoints while enabling faster iteration for marketing and product teams. In parallel, I worked across a wide range of growth and marketing surfaces, including email templates, paid advertising experiences, and internal marketing tools, helping align brand expression, usability, and performance across channels. A key highlight was the redesign and optimization of the pricing plans page, which went through extensive A/B testing and ultimately delivered a 17% uplift in conversion, representing a significant improvement to one of the company’s most critical revenue-driving surfaces. Across all of this work, the focus was on building clear, scalable systems, improving conversion-critical journeys, and strengthening the connection between brand, product, and performance—helping support Hootsuite’s growth with a more cohesive and effective marketing platform.
