I developed personas representing key release behaviours to better understand how customers anticipate and prepare for drops. These insights informed clearer communication around timing, release type, and early notification.

While primarily an internal artifact, this framework aligned CMS states, UI behaviour, and notification flows, enabling clearer, more consistent experiences for customers.
