I led the design and evolution of size?’s Canadian e-commerce experience, helping build a more cohesive, scalable, and performance-driven platform for one of the world’s leading sneaker and streetwear retailers. A core part of the work was the creation of a foundational design system, establishing consistent patterns, components, and standards to support faster iteration and long-term scalability across the product. This system underpinned a comprehensive redesign of key experiences, including the homepage, product listing pages, product detail pages, basket and checkout flows, and a wishlist experience. Alongside execution, I drove A/B Testing and usability testing, using insights to inform product strategy, validate design decisions, and continuously refine the experience. The focus throughout was on improving product discovery, clarifying information hierarchy, and reducing friction across the purchase journey, particularly in high-intent moments.
